Position title: Sales Associate

Position reports to: Retail Operations Manager, Janell Snyder

Position status: Part time, up to 20 hours per week. Must be available to work at night and/or on    weekends.

Location: Harrisburg

Travel required: Some travel may be required.

Position summary:

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the council shop. Prepares displays, sells Girl Scout merchandise, assists volunteers with troop orders and delivers exceptional customer service.

Skills and qualifications:

Three (3) years work experience in retail operations preferred;

Prior experience with retail management/inventory control systems;

Strong public relations skills;

Ability to be creative in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues;

Ability to work a flexible schedule and willingness to travel if needed.
