It’s Her Summer to Soar at Girl Scouts!
FEB 3rd, 2020 (Harrisburg, PA) – On Monday, February 3rd, Girl Scouts in the Heart of Pennsylvania opened summer camp registration to its membership. The 2020 summer camp season at Camp Small Valley, located in Halifax, PA, runs six weeks long and is jam-packed with fun-filled days, starry nights, and songs around the campfire. Camp Small Valley is an ACA-accredited camp encompassing 762 acres of land and boasting exciting amenities like adventure courses, an archery range, a swimming pool, and a new environmental education center.
Each week of summer camp offers a different theme, and an off-site add on opportunity for girls in grades 6 and up. Based on their comfort level, girls can choose to participate in Resident Camp, which runs from Sunday to Friday, or Mini-Camp, which runs from Sunday to Tuesday.
