GSHPA Property Committee
The Property Committee has been formed by the Board of Directors to oversee and facilitate future stages of property development and transition.
*Please note: Due to schedule conflicts during the summer months, the Property Committee of GSHPA did not hold a meeting in July. Meetings will resume in August, as will posting of current property benchmarks.
Included in this committee’s area of responsibility are:
- the oversight of investment in existing camp properties the Board voted to retain
- the divesting of properties identified to be retired
- the guidance of the three-year
plan to manage properties that are retained under a review
Under the tab titled Property Committee are materials and information important to those properties owned and operated by GSHPA. As always, member input and comment is vital to the ongoing responsibility of the Property Committee.
