You have asked for exceptional experiences, convenience, and support. We’ve been listening. For over a year, Girl Scouts in the Heart of Pennsylvania (GSHPA) has been preparing to change our online operating systems to address your needs in order to serve our Girl Scouts, volunteers, and parents better. We are very excited about the benefits of our new system which has incredible features like our Volunteer Toolkit, easy renewal, and troop management features.
This transition will begin on November 15th. While our staff has been working hard to prepare for the new system, some tasks may take a little longer than usual. We hope that you’ll understand. In some situations, we may need to make changes to troop rosters behind the scenes that won’t be reflected in Troop Management. These will be corrected in the new system, additionally, between December 1st and January 1st, you may experience registration delays or slower than normal response times while our team learns the new system.
Mid-December 2016 you’ll receive an email with your new GSHPA login to access our new system.
Some of the ways our new system will benefit you will include:
- An easy to use Volunteer Toolkit that allows leaders to plan troop meetings online.
- Simplified troop and family renewal process.
- Convenient communication between volunteers and parents.
- An Opportunity Catalog where new parents can find troops in their area.
- Fewer forms and paperwork.
