Cooking Workshops at Foxfire
Have you ever wondered how your great-great-grandparents managed to cook without a microwave, toaster oven or stove? Come to Foxfire House where a series of workshops will be offered about baking in the Squirrel Tail Oven, cooking on top of the Ten Plate Stove, or making a delicious one pot meal on the Hearth and you'll get a quick glimpse about how they managed to do this around the 1850s. You may sign up for one, two or all three workshops at the low price of $5 per person per workshop.
