Here’s how to get started:
Start by getting active! Active people walk, run, skip, hop and jump. Any activity that increases your heart rate and makes your muscles stronger can be counted as Healthy Promise activity.
Report your miles the first of every month so that you don’t miss out on opportunities to win prizes!
Click here to report your miles or minutes. Report your activity as an individual or as a group. Troops or groups working as a team should pick a captain to report the collective activity each month. Be consistent for entering your information so we can track your miles.
One FREE Volunteer Guide* is available for each registered troop during the 2014 membership year. The age-specific guide books will help leaders show girls how to make healthy choices. Leaders can follow the book and complete 6-7 weeks of troop activities, plus try snack ideas, challenges, and online activities too!
