Krystell Fox is the Chief Financial Officer at the Girl Scouts in the
Heart of Pennsylvania and has over 17 years of experience leading
finance and human resources in both for-profit and non-profit settings.
Early in her career, she recognized the integral link between
finance and human resources in order to achieve measurable business
results. Holding a
Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Maryland, she
went on to earn a Master of Science in Human Resource Development
from Villanova University. She also holds SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications.
Earlier in her career, she served as the Director of Finance &
Human Resources for the NC State Chamber of Commerce. She took some
time off work to start a family and after relocating to central PA,
she re-entered the workforce as the Chief Financial Officer for Mobile
X-Ray Imaging. She most recently served as the VP of Finance and
Support Services for the United Way of the Capital Region where she
facilitated their transition to a collective impact model to launch
community initiatives in healthcare education and workforce development.
Krystell and her husband John are avid scuba divers and enjoy
traveling and exploring warm waters whenever their schedules allow.
