Girl Scouts in the Heart of Pennsylvania (GSHPA) is excited to partner with Renegade Winery to host a Girl Scout Cookie pairing event April 3 from noon to 4 p.m. in Stroudsburg, PA.
Event participants will enjoy a special flight of five wines along with a sampling of five Girl Scout Cookies at Renegade Winery. Attendees can drop in anytime between noon and 4 p.m. to do their wine and cookie pairing.
“We are very excited to team up with Renegade Winery and share our Girl Scout Cookies through this fun event. Through sampling delicious wines and cookies, participants will be supporting the largest girl-run entrepreneurial program in the world!” said Jess Delp, GSHPA Director of Product Program and Retail.
Proceeds from the event will benefit Girl Scouts in the Heart of Pennsylvania to ensure that all girls have the opportunity to participate in the Girl Scout Leadership Experience (GSLE). Information will be available at the event regarding how the community can continue to support Girl Scouts in the area, including how and where to purchase the iconic Girl Scout Cookies.
Individuals interested in attending the event can pre-order tickets now for $15, or purchase tickets at the door for $20. Tickets are non-refundable, and you must be 21 or older to attend the event. Renegade Winery is located at 600 Main St., Stroudsburg, PA 18360.
Those unable to attend the event can still satisfy their Girl Scout Cookie sweet tooth by purchasing their favorite Girl Scout Cookies using the Girl Scout Cookie Finder. Through the Cookie Finder, consumers can easily find where cookie-selling booths are being established in their local area and when the booths will be open. Customers can also donate cookies to Operation Gratitude and help GSHPA reach its goal of donating 50,000 packages to military members at home and overseas.
