“I am excited and grateful to be selected as a keynote speaker for the EMPOWER NEPA Women’s Leadership Conference. Girl Scouts proves when women come together, anything is possible, and it is an honor to represent this sentiment at this year’s conference. I look forward to joining the other dynamic conference speakers and attendees for a day of interaction and inspiration,” Donovan said.
Before joining GSHPA as its president and CEO, Donovan served in the U.S. Navy as a Two Star Rear Adm. and former Deputy Cmdr. in the Office of the Judge Advocate General (JAG).
