Resident Camp: Week 3

We invite Brownies (grades 2-3), Juniors (grades 4-5), Cadettes (grades 6-8), and Seniors (grades 9-10) to join us for the third week of resident camp! Brownies and Juniors will take to the water in Splish Splash Water Adventure; Juniors to Seniors will challenge themselves by choice in Survival Games; and Cadettes and Seniors can hone their geocaching and outdoor skills through an offsite adventure to the Ned Smith Center.

Registration Update: A change from last year, you are now required to register your Girl Scout at their current Girl Scout Level

 

Week 3 Resident Camp check-in is tentatively scheduled between 2:30 pm and 3:30 pm on Sunday, July 24, 2022. You will receive your exact check-in time in your camp confirmation email, sent out 2 weeks before camp. The time is based on your camper’s Girl Scout level. Check-out is tentatively scheduled for 11:00 am Friday, July 29, 2022.

 

Upon completion of your Summer Camp Registration, you will be required to fill out Health and Information forms for your camper. You will receive these forms, and additional information, in an email after you complete your registration. These forms must be completed by July 1, 2022, or your registration will be subject to cancelation with no refund!

 

Please Note: All Campers will be required to provide proof of one of the following pre-screen options in order to participate in Summer Camp.

  • Proof of Full Vaccination via a vaccine card
    • Please note: this is subject to change based on current vaccination & booster opportunities. If a booster becomes available to under 16 participants before the start of camp, the booster will also be required for this pre-screen option
  • Proof of a Negative Covid-19 test (at home tests allowed), taken no earlier than 24 hours before camp

 

All pre-screen options are subject to change based on current CDC guidelines and state regulations, and GSHPA procedures.

 

By paying the deposit, the participant acknowledges that they have read this entire camp description, including information on camp pre-screens, and understand that if pre-screen procedures are not adhered to, participant registration will be subject to cancelation with no refund!

 

Cancelation Policy:

By paying the deposit, I understand that a full refund, minus the deposit, will be given to cancellations received before 6/19/22. By paying the deposit, I also understand that any cancelation received after 6/19/2022 will not receive a refund. Exceptions may be made for COVID-related cancelations, upon review of medical documentation.  If for any reason GSHPA has a need to cancel your summer camp session, a full credit will be made available.
