We invite you to join Supporters of Camp Archbald and GSHPA staff for a work day at Camp Archbald!
This work day will put camp to bed for the winter. The biggest job will be taking down 25 tents and flies, and stowing mattresses/cots. Examples of other work to be done include cleaning buildings (shop vac, mopping, painting, eliminating cobwebs), removing deadfall (including picking up sticks, using a chainsaw, and stacking wood), and creating new trails. All levels of Girl Scouts and skillsets of volunteers are welcome.
Shared overnight accommodations on Friday October 18 and/or Saturday October 19 will be available on a first come first served basis by contacting Member Services. *RAIN DATE-10/26/2024
Lunch will be provided.
