The CIT II program promotes a bridge between being a camper and a future prospective staff member! Continue the pursuit of exercising practical leadership skills, obtain your First Aid and CPR certifications, exercise critical thinking skills and grow from staff support. This once in a lifetime experience will elevate you into future employment and education opportunities. Participants will evolve from campers to active leaders as they undergo specialized training and work towards their future success. By embracing the profound significance of responsibility, this program is a catalyst- calling CITs to engage with camp from a fresh perspective, one illuminated by the importance of leadership.

Girls currently (Spring 2024) in 10th & 11th & 12th grade may apply. Participants must have completed a CIT I program to apply. Please note that girls must be under 18 during the entirety of this camp program.

This is an APPLICATION PROGAM. Once registered girls and their parent/guardians will be contacted to set up a 30-minute interview. Upon acceptation into the CIT II program, you will be charged $150 dollars to participate in this session. Please note that only 6-8 girls will be accepted into this program.

Please Note: You must have a current Girl Scout Membership to participate in GSHPA Summer Camps. Dont have your membership yet? Click HERE to become a member, then return to this page to sign up for CAMP!

Counselor in Trainings check-in is tentatively scheduled for 10 am on Sunday. You will receive your exact check-in time, 2 weeks before camp. Check-out is tentatively scheduled for 11 am on Friday.

Upon Completion of your Summer Camp Registration, you will be required to fill out Camp Information Forms. You will receive these in an email one week after you complete your registration. These forms must be completed two weeks before your camp session or your registration will be subject to cancelation with no refund.

Cancelation Policy: By paying the deposit, I understand that a full refund, minus the deposit, will be given to cancellations received before 6/9/24 and that any cancelation received after 6/9/2024 will not receive a refund.

Financial Aid: GSHPA is committed to making sure that camp is accessible to all of our Girl Scouts.. Families requesting financial assistance who would like to bypass the non-refundable $25 deposit must call in to register. If you are comfortable paying the $25 non-refundable deposit, you may proceed with registering through myGS. Please note if you decide to pay the deposit without calling in and are approved for financial assistance, the $25 deposit will not be refunded, but the remaining balance will be covered. The form to request financial aid for camp will be emailed to you, the week after you register through GS events. This form must be completed within 3 weeks of your GS event registration, or her slot will be forfeited and opened up to other campers. If approved, financial aid covers the entire balance.
