2026 Annual Meeting
GSHPA's 2026 Annual Meeting will be held virtually Wednesday, April 22 at 7 p.m. via Zoom webinar. Only voting members will be eligible to register for the Annual Meeting. Voting members should check their email on March 18 for a link to register for the meeting. General membership will be invited to view a livestream of the meeting via the GSHPA YouTube channel.
Please note, as a delegate and voting member, you will need internet access to ensure your vote is recorded. Please sign into the meeting between 6 and 6:45 p.m. so that certification of attendees and quorum can be confirmed by 7 p.m.
It is recommended all voting members use the latest versions of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox on their laptop or computer for the best experience to engage during the meeting. Please be aware mobile devices have limited functions on Zoom webinar.
Delegate attendance is essential. Please notify your Volunteer Support Coordinator or email memberservices@gshpa.org as soon as possible if you are unable to attend, so we can secure an alternate delegate.

A training session will be available for delegates and alternates on Monday March 9 from 6:30-7:30 PM. Voting members may register for the training here.
Supporting Girl Scouts in the Heart of Pennsylvania's Mission
Girl Scouts of all ages are passionate leaders ready to reinvigorate our movement, celebrate accomplishments, and chart brighter futures for girls.
If you’re interested in being a voice for your local Girl Scout community, vote on GSHPA policies, and play a part in governance, join our team of Girl Scout delegates.
GSHPA Service Unit Delegate Criteria:
- Registered member of GSHPA
- 18 years of age or older
- Current background checks on file
- Willing to serve as a liaison between the GSHPA Board and your service unit members for a term of one year
- Willing to complete delegate training
- Able to virtually participate in the GSHPA Annual Meeting in April
GSHPA National Delegate Criteria:
- Registered member of GSHPA
- 14 years of age or older
- Adult volunteers must have current background checks on file
- Willing to complete delegate training
- Willing to serve as a liaison between the GSUSA Board and GSHPA members for a term of three years
- Able to attend the GSUSA triennial Nation Council Session in person
