Ready to start learning leadership skills and work with younger Girl Scouts in the outdoors? This foundational leadership program is for Girl Scouts who are just starting their leadership journey. Outdoor Program Aides mentor younger Girl Scouts by sharing skills, testing their knowledge, and trying out their new roles as budding leaders. As an Outdoor Program Aide you'll get to learn how to facilitate songs and games, plan and lead art activities, and learn basic safety at camp. You will finish your experience and earn progress towards your award by helping to plan and lead activities for the Creepy Crawlies weekend at Camp Small Valley.
