The Technology Council of Central Pennsylvania is hosting an Adopt a Badge Day for Cadettes to earn their Netiquette badge!
Join us to complete the steps to earn your Netiquette Badge. We live in a very digital world with cell phones, tablets, laptops, computers, TVs ... all with ways for us to communicate with each other. Let's learn how to make positive choices using digital tools to stay connected and do it safely. When we accomplish the steps listed below, we will know how to make the best choices interacting online.
1. Explore "oops" and "wow" moments.
2. Dig into stories of "ouch" - and repair some hurt if necessary.
3. Look at email, commenting, or blogging.
4. Decide what makes a great social media profile.
5. Spread better practices.
This badge session will be held at the Capital Blue Cross Connect Health and Wellness center in Enola.
A snack will be provided.
