Join us for a fun weekend while we learn to explore and appreciate the outdoors at Camp Small Valley! Our Nature Maker's Camp is a weekend camp for Daisy and Brownie Girl Scouts to get the chance to learn to explore and enjoy nature in new ways!During the weekend, Girl Scouts get to have fun in all sorts of ways: color hikes, building bird feeders, painting outdoors, learning about bees, and so much more!

Arrive at Camp Small Valley Friday evening and get ready for a weekend of fun! We will kick-off the weekend around the campfire making smores and singing camp songs before we settle in our units for the evening. We will start our day on Saturday with breakfast with our sister scouts. Then it's off to spend the morning hiking and learning about birds and making bird feeders. There will also be some time to do classic camp games.

After we enjoy our lunch together, we will learn about bees, make windchimes, learn about leave no trace, and more! All badge activities will be led by fellow Girl Scouts earning their Outdoor Program Aide award. There will also be time to do other fun outdoor themed camp activities. We will end our night with another campfire and learn some campfire plays, and of course we will have smores again! We will sleep-in on Sunday and enjoy a late breakfast before we head home.

Daises will earn their Outdoor Art Maker and Design with Nature badges. Brownies will earn their Outdoor Art Creator and Design badges. Badges are included in the cost of the camp!
