Cadettes who are interested in earning their Silver Award are invited
to come and work on their aMaze journey while also learning about the
Silver Award. Girls will learn about developing true friendships,
navigating social cliques, and how to look beyond stereotypes to
improve their interpersonal relationships. We will also review the
Silver Award process, things to consider while working on your Silver
Award, and next steps toward earning the award.
*Girls
will need to complete a Take Action project after the event to
complete their aMaze Journey.
We will provide dinner on
Saturday and breakfast on Sunday. Participants will need to bring
their own lunch for Saturday, snacks, and water.
Troops
attending this event must adhere to the girl-adult ratios outlined in
Volunteer Essentials. Individual girls must attend with a
parent/guardian. All troops must have at least two unrelated
chaperones. Please consider only registering enough adults in order to
maintain ratio. Any additional adults will take away from girl
spots.
You will receive additional information two weeks
prior to the start of the event. Adults MUST be registered.
*A minimum of 20 girl registrations is needed to run this
program
CANCELLATION POLICY: Program fee refunds will not
be issued for cancellations received one week or less before the
program start date. If GSHPA staff need to cancel the event due to
registration numbers or other factors, program fee refunds will be
issued and registrants will be notified.
