Experience the wonder of space at Camp Small Valley! Our Space Camp will have the girls explore space through hands-on science experiments, and some space themed arts & crafts. Enjoy astronaut and space themed food. We will also be using out STARLab to get up close and personal with the stars and constellations. Then (weather permitting) once it gets dark we will telescopes to see the stars in the sky. We will sleep in after our late night of star gazing and enjoy breakfast before leaving.
Snacks, Dinner and Breakfast provided during the event for all participants.
Daisies will earn the Space Science Explorer Badge. Brownies
will earn the Space Science Adventurer Badge. Juniors will earn the
Space Science Investigator Badge. Cadettes will earn requirements
towards the Space Science Researcher Badge.
This program requires a minimum of 30 girls registered. Adults
MUST be registered with all minors.
Troops attending this event must adhere to the girl-adult
ratios outlined in Volunteer Essentials. Individual girls must attend
with a parent/guardian. All troops must have at least two unrelated chaperones.
You will receive additional information two weeks prior to the
start of the event including a day packing list.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Program fee refunds will not be issued for
cancellations received two weeks or less before the program start date.
