Refund Policy
Free Programs
If you have registered for a FREE council-run event and can no longer attend, please immediately notify Girl Scouts in the Heart of PA's Member Services team at 800.692.7816 so we can open the spot to a waitlisted Girl Scout.
Paid Programs
Day Events - Program fee refunds will not be issued for cancellations received ONE week or less before the program start date.
Large-Scale or Overnight Events - Program fee refunds will not be issued for cancellations received TWO weeks or less before the program start date.
If you wish to cancel your registration, please fill out the Cancellation Request form.
