Calling all Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors! Earn your First Aid badge with this workshop from Wilkes University School of Pharmacy students. From basic practices to life-saving measures, girls will leave this session knowing they can make a difference in an emergency.

Join us for a fun and educational Adopt-a-Badge Girl Scout event focused on first aid and emergency medicine at the Wilkes University Nesbitt School of Pharmacy! Scouts will get hands-on experience with inhaler and epinephrine (EpiPen) demonstrations, learn about the roles of different healthcare providers, and explore possible careers in health and emergency services. The event will also feature an interactive session with EMTs, giving Scouts a real-world look at how first responders handle emergencies. It's a great opportunity to earn a badge while learning essential life-saving skills.

Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors will each earn their respective First Aid badge.

You will receive additional information regarding this program in the week leading up to the event.

Troops attending this event must adhere to the girl-adult ratios outlined in Volunteer Essentials. Individual girls must attend with a parent/guardian. All troops must have at least two unrelated chaperones. All adults attending the program MUST be registered. Please consider only registering enough adults in order to maintain ratio.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Program fee refunds will not be issued for cancellations received ONE WEEK or less before the event. If GSHPA staff need to cancel the event due to low enrollment or other factors, program fee refunds will be issued and registrants will be notified.
