Get ready to look, listen, and learn! In this hands-on workshop for Daisies, girls become animal observers as they explore how creatures live, move, hide, and communicate. Using their eyes and ears like real scientists, the girls will listen to animal sounds, play observation games, and discover how animals use camouflage and play to stay safe and happy.
Daisy girls will earn their "Animal Observer" badge at this event.
Troops attending this event must adhere to the girl-adult ratios outlined in Volunteer Essentials. Individual girls must attend with a parent/guardian. All troops must have at least two unrelated chaperones. All adults attending the program MUST be registered. Please consider only registering enough adults in order to maintain ratio. Any additional adults will take away from girl spots.
You will receive additional information regarding your program about 1 week prior to the start of the event. Participants will need to bring their own lunch, snacks, and water.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Program fee refunds will not be issued for cancellations received ONE WEEK or less before the event. Registration transfers will not be possible once the event closes. If GSHPA staff need to cancel the event due to low enrollment or other factors, program fee refunds will be issued and registrants will be notified. Registration transfers will not be possible once the event closes.
