This event is open to all girls! Whether you're bridging or just coming to cheer on your fellow Girl Scouts, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Bring your family and friends for a day full of activities, laughter, and celebration!

Join us for a day of celebration as hundreds of girls, along with their troop leaders and families, mark an exciting milestone in their Girl Scout journey! This memorable event will take place on City Island, Harrisburg and will feature a festival-style experience with Girl Scout community partners, each offering hands-on activities for girls to enjoy. The day will also include inspiring guest speakers, SWAPS, food trucks, and making new friends with Girl Scouts from across the council. The highlight of the event will be the symbolic crossing of the Walnut Street Bridge, representing each girl's rise to the next level. Don't miss this unforgettable experience of growth, friendship, and community!

Schedule:

10:00 AM: πŸ“‹ Arrival & Check-in

10:00 AM - 12:00 PM: 🍧🎭🎨 Visit community partners, food trucks, and unique activities around the island!

12:00 PM - πŸ“£ Listen to Guest Speakers

12:30 PM - 🀝 Bridging Ceremonies begin

1:00 PM -  🌈 Crossing the bridge 

Event Fee: This is now a FREE event, thanks to our partners at Constellation! All girls will receive a commemorative bridging patch with registration. Food trucks will have items for sale on site.

Troops attending this event must adhere to the girl-adult ratios outlined in Volunteer Essentials. Individual girls must attend with a parent/guardian. All troops must have at least two unrelated chaperones. Please consider only registering enough adults in order to maintain ratio. Any additional adults will take away from girl spots.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Program fee refunds will not be issued for cancellations received TWO weeks or less before the program start date. If GSHPA staff need to cancel the event due to registration numbers or other factors, program fee refunds will be issued and registrants will be notified.
