Girl Scouts in the Heart of Pennsylvania is pleased to invite you to a special screening of Defining Moments on Sunday, August 9, at Midtown Cinema in Harrisburg.
Guests are encouraged to arrive by 11:45 a.m., with the film beginning promptly at noon.
Defining Moments tells the remarkable story of Frances Hesselbein, one of the most influential leadership voices of the 20th and 21st centuries. A former CEO of Girl Scouts of the USA, Frances transformed the organization through her visionary leadership and lifelong commitment to empowering girls and women. Her impact on the Girl Scout Movement continues to be felt today, making this film especially meaningful for Girl Scout alumnae, volunteers, supporters, and Lifetime Members.
Following the screening, guests will enjoy a 30-minute intermission with light hors d'oeuvres before a special panel discussion featuring filmmaker Sarah McArthur, Girl Scouts in the Heart of Pennsylvania President & CEO Janet Donovan, Midtown Cinema owner Abby Tierney, and additional panelists.
This unique event offers an opportunity to reflect on the legacy of a remarkable woman whose leadership continues to inspire generations.
