Girl Scouts in the Heart of Pennsylvania collaborates with Harvest Seasonal Grill & Wine Bar to create Girl Scout Cookie-inspired menu

Harrisburg, PA (February 17, 2023) – Girl Scouts in the Heart of Pennsylvania (GSHPA) is excited to partner with Harvest Seasonal Grill & Wine Bar to bring a special Girl Scout Cookie-inspired menu to the restaurant from Feb. 27 to March 4 in Harrisburg, Pa.
Diners will enjoy a selection of appetizers, entrees, desserts, and cocktails from the specially curated menu. Mint and cashew-crusted lamb lollipops, brioche French toast, and caramel cookie cocktails are just a few of the items customers can choose from Harvest’s Girl Scout menu.
“We had so much fun putting this unique menu together in honor of Girl Scout Cookie Season. At Harvest, we take pride in delivering high quality dining experiences to our guests. It is great to work with an organization like Girl Scouts that also values providing high quality experiences to girls in our local community,” said PJ Folk, Harvest’s Executive Chef Partner.
“We are very excited to team up with Harvest Seasonal Grill & Wine Bar and share our Girl Scout Cookies through this fun dining experience. By enjoying these Girl Scout Cookie-inspired dishes, participants will be supporting girls in their local communities and get to learn more about the largest girl-run entrepreneurial program in the world,” said Jessica Mislinski, GSHPA Director of Product Program and Retail.
For each item purchased, $1 will be donated to GSHPA to help girls throughout its 30-county footprint have the opportunity to participate in the Girl Scout Leadership Experience (GSLE). Girl Scout Cookie Booth stands will also be established outside of the restaurant where customers can purchase their favorite Girl Scout Cookies.
Harvest Seasonal Grill & Wine Bar is located in the Shoppes at Susquehanna Marketplace at 2625 Brindle Drive, Harrisburg, Pa. 17110. Reservations are encouraged.
Those unable to dine-in at the restaurant during the week can still satisfy their Girl Scout Cookie sweet tooth by ordering cookies directly online by entering their zip code into the Girl Scout Cookie Finder. Beginning Feb. 24, consumers can use the Cookie Finder to search for a cookie booth stand near them to purchase cookies in-person.
